JNU MCA Entrance

Jawaharlal Nehru University takes admission in Master of Computer Application through own exam known as JNUEE. The form for MCA entrance exam is released around mid March to April. JNUEE exam is conducted over two weeks in May and MCA entrance exam may occur on one of the dates.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Any Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics.
2. Minimum of 55% in Graduation.

Exam Pattern

1. Exam Mode : Computer Based Offline Exam.
2. Number of Questions : 100
3. Type of Questions : MCQs.
4. Marking Scheme : 1 Mark for every correct answer.
5. Subjects : Mathematics, Computer Science, General Aptitude & Reasoning.

Syllabus

Mathematics

1. Vector Algebra,  Differential and Integral Calculus, 2D-3-D Geometry, Trigonometry, Modern Algebra, Probability & Statistic,  Numerical Analysis, Theory of Real Function, Real Analysis.

Computer Science

1. Programming (C), Digital Systems Design & Architecture, Data Structure, Discrete Mathematics, Operating Systems.

General Aptitude and reasoning

1. Number series, verbal classification, analogies, cause and effect, logical deduction, statement and arguments etc.
